What is Choi Kwang-Do? 

Choi Kwang-Do is a dynamic and innovative approach to martial arts training and is generally recognised as one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world today. Developed by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi, 9th degree black belt, Choi Kwang-Do is the culmination of over 40 years martial arts experience and provides us with a highly effective martial arts system geared towards modern day society.

Choi Kwang-Do is of Korean origin and derives many of its traditions and customs as well as its terminology, from Korea's own heritage. However the techniques and concepts of the art may be considered very non-traditional. Modern scientific principles derived from kinesiology, biomechanics, physiology and psychology form the basis of this exciting martial art.
