Adult Grading Criteria
To be eligible to grade you must have attended an appropriate number of classes. The most effective way to do this is by training twice a week. You must also have learned your new syllabus for your current belt level and have shown continued development in previously learned material. You will be put forward to grade when both you and your instructor feel you are ready.
